It totally goes without saying that i am such a DIY kinda girl... Do It Yourself any-Thing really! I am planning on an upcoming post of one of my very own DIY projects and I simply just cant wait! Well I or Well I not?

Its has been raining quite a bit here in Sydney and I am so over getting my nice pretty heels wet. So I have been looking into this trend of Wellington boots and I don’t know how i feel about them. Going through the magazines seeing many celebrities jumping on the band wagon.

But is this really fashion or a trend that should stay in backyard?

Without hours of make-up and styling that can turn them into other people, the ones we see on magazines in amazing and super produced editorials, no retouching, in these photos we can see their true beauty and identity.
Untouched is a refreshing exhibition that marks the launch of Viva Model Management in London and that is still gone give people a lot  to talk about, with images that stand out by its intimate character and power.

Gala night

Last night I had the privileged to help with The Australasian Tuberous Sclerosis Societys Gala night to raise money for the research and development of a topical cream for Angiofibromas. The night was filled with Men in expensive suits and women in expensive gowns, diamonds and a few amazing Mink and fur coats that was beyond words.

So next on my shopping list a nice fur coat (faux of course) and hopefully a large Diamond will fall from the sky and land safely in my hands.

Sorry I've been missing in action due to my busy filming schedule. Barely have time to stop and appreciate the beautiful sun and now it is gone. I've been eyeing the hottest wedges from topshop but are in need of some winter clothes, Fashion Weekend was awesome but it seem like I didn't prepare myself for the coldest May ever! I guess that calls for more shopping.

Don't worry I haven't gone AWOL I will be back in Action.

Rose Gold & Moonstone

Rose gold and moonstones... these are a few of my favorite things, especially wherever the two can meet and make a pair! Aside from moonstone being such a gorgeous semiprecious stone, the light that reflects internally with this gem is absolutely pulchritudinous... It has been said the both the Roman and the Greeks associated Moonstone with their lunar gods and goddesses. Moonstone is also said to be the ideal crystal tool for anyone who wishes to reflect on past circumstances to learn life lessons from and Rainbow Moonstone in particular, which is among my most favorite of this family is said to protect against physical attack. Giorgio Armani . Frames of Life

Ontem foi, aqui em Barcelona, o evento Frames of your Life da Giorgio Armani. Esta foi uma campanha muito bem pensada pela marca para tornar a sua colecção de óculos mais apelativa a um público mais jovem. Assim, bloggers conceituados de vários países saíram à rua para fotografar pessoas jovens e reais a usar os óculos Armani para depois ser publicado no site deste projecto e, ontem, estavam essas mesmas fotografias expostas na L´Òptica Optique no lançamento deste projecto em Barcelona.

O blogger "encarregado" de fotografar as ruas e pessoas de Barcelona foi o Pelayo Diaz, do conhecido blog http://www.katelovesme.net/.


Yesterday was, here in Barcelona, the event "Frames of your Life" of Giorgio Armani. This was a well thought campaign to turn its eye-wear collection more appealing to a younger audience.
Therefore, well known bloggers from various countries went to the street to capture young and real people using Armani glasses to, then, be published in the project's site and, yesterday, those same photos were exposed in L' Òptica Optique on the project's launch party in Barcelona.

The blogger who captured the people and streets of Barcelona was Pelayo Diaz, from the blog http://www.katelovesme.net/.

A colecção, Frames of Life, está inspirada nas colecções da própria marca dos anos 80, com um estilo vintage que veio para ficar, dão vontade de os usar, mesmo para quem não tem problemas de visão. Tenho a dizer que se não tivesse comprado os meus à bem pouco tempo tinha-me rendido a uns que vi ontem.

The collection, Frames of Life, is inspired on the previous collection of the brand in the 80's, with a vintage style that came to stay, they make us want to wear them, even for those with no eye problems. I have to say that if I hadn't bought mine a while ago I would have not resist to ones I saw yesterday.
